When I started my first job as a recreational therapist, our team had a cluttered storage closet which made it impossible to find the objects we needed. This cluttered space stressed the whole team as it frustrated us that we did not know where we had placed the items we wanted. Within a few weeks, I took initiative and organized that closet by installing systems which were easy for the whole team to maintain. With that, I discovered my passion; helping others organize.
